Marta M. Stulka, M.Ed
Marta joined the Sensory Kids Team in February 2021. She is qualified as a Special Physical Education SEN teacher, AIM teacher and Inclusion coordinator for Early Years Education.
Marta received her Masters in Special Physical Education from the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw, Poland and Early Years qualification from the University of Limerick, Ireland. She is currently in the process of becoming a certified Sensory Integration Therapist.
Marta has 15 years of professional experience working with children with additional needs including physical, behavioural and sensory difficulties with moderate, severe and profound general learning difficulties, especially children and youth with sensory processing disorder, autistic spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, vision impairment, hearing impairment, epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
Marta has experience with developing individual therapeutic and education programs in the field of wide range of physical therapies including, Christopher Knill therapy, Veronica Sherborn therapy, remedial/corrective exercises, rehabilitation by the movement, therapeutic massage and swimming, skiing and sailing training for special needs individuals.
She is also a first level couch of Video Interaction Guidance to support families and professionals with attuning to child’s emotional needs.
Marta is a mum of two girls and she loves to be outdoors in nature and especially in the forest, where the wild things are!!!
